Hi, As your whole staff knew about me, I am shuaib. I bought your product V3 and within 3months it's pcb got damaged.
My V3 got replaced any how.
Then I purchased v3 max on 3/10/2016 and within 8 days it's Pcb got damged and needs to be replaced.
I call Mr Ravinder first he told me to Visit service Centre and same was suggested by Pulkit.
I visited service centre and person there said, pcb needs to replaced. I said no.
And I then spoke with Pulkit, who said, I am coordinating with ser. Center and revert you back and now it's almost 3 days and I haven't receive call yet.
I need my money back.

Please help V care. Or else I am going legal against you.
