I purchased a flat at KUMARAN SRI KALYAAN , from VJS Associates , rates, which is Rs.2083 per sft. When I tried to bargain the rates,VJS Associates in chennai the company said that they charge only the Govt. guidelines rate. Later I found that whereas the market rate was very less.
