VKC Group — gents chappals issue

I have purchased the new chepples (Vkc pride) brand from sk foot wear, bagalur road, hosur 635109. The shop keeper assured a replacement if the chepple is not suitable during the purchase.

While using, i had experienced severe pain in the palms and joints... I suspect a wrong size was used while manufacturing. When i approached, the shop keeper he is not responding at all.

Request your intervention and sort out this issue. If there is no response, i will need to escalate to further authorities.
