VKC Group — indecent behaviour from walkaroo retail at hi lite mall

I bought a pair of shoes for my 6 year old daughter from walkaroo shop at hi lite mall on 09/09/2019. After half an hour i went to the shop again to replace it as it is too small to wear and low quality. I demanded the next size of the same shoe. The salesman was ready to replace it but the owner of the shop stopped him. He behaved in an indecent manner and was arrogant. So kindly do the needful otherwise l will be compelled to approach consumer court to reddres my grievance
