VLCC — During covid 19, services are not availed but amount is getting deducted every month from my debit card every month | |||
Dear sir / madam, I have registered for two services (hair service and facial service) in VLCC Bhubaneswar Patia in February 2020, but now I don't want to continue that service and I want to cancel it. For that a huge amount loan is disbursed from Axis bank debit card every month and EMI is deducted from my savings account (Rs4945.97 & Rs3629.01) without taking any service. From April 2020, I did not take services and asked for a refund. During this Covid19 situation, it’s a risk to continue with the services. So, I have requested to refund. I tried calling VLCC customer care, they are talking but not resolving any issues. I reached out over call to the branch, but they are not responding my queries. They are only asking to talk to manager. But the manager is not reachable ever. Moreover, VLCC team is saying that my validity period will be completed, and I won't be able to take the services. My money will be gone. How is it possible to go to VLCC and take up the services during this Covid19 situation? Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
