I had visited vlcc noida sector 18 branch on dated 22 november 2019 for treatment of stretch marks, reception girl route me to dr. Divya for discussion. She explained all process and advised me for thermage abdomen process for stretch marks, i understand process and asked for its value for these services she quoted 1, 41, 000/- inr approx post discount. She asked me to go with emi and i clearly responded that still is over budget to me. She again advised me to use debit card emi instead of credit card because of its block credit limit. I clearly responded on that i don’t have amount in my account and will update you. She asked me for my card to book services with minimal amount to book this offering. At that time she does not inform me that she is going to swipe my card with huge amount and convert this to emi.
Post i received a message from bank on my swipe, i came to know that my card is swiped for 50 k and converted this to emi. I was upset at that time and asked dr divya this is not good practice to make the customer confused that they are going to swipe my debut card with emi. She also asked me if you are not happy then we’ll cancel this. Post this discussion i left vlcc for the day.
Later in evening, i visited again with my spouse and i decided that not to go with this services and asked for rollback transaction as she discussed with me in last conversation. She again tried to make us confused and ready to add more services in current package but i clearly responded that i need this transaction to be rollback as you promised me. On this, she responded me that she will drop an email to head of center / department for this and asked us to wait for next 2-3 days and sked us to left for the day and she will update us on this. We have discussed again with dr. Divya after 2-3 days and asked for refund status, she responded us that this can’t be rollback and she will share an email for the same.
Later she pass clearly message that this transaction will not roll back as i had swiped my card to vlcc and they are not authorized to cancel any services. I called my bank to cancel this transaction (Per bank rules in 15 days) as this is clear fraud case, that lodged my case and asked for bill. On my demand, vlcc shared bill 11 january 2020 of this transaction. Bank initiated this rollback and its goes to vlcc for approval they rejected this rollback request.
Again i had visited vlcc for the same for approve this and now they routed me to in this way to communicate.
This is completely harass me and forcing me to use services but i need this to be rollback.
