[Resolved] VLCC — complain about cheating

You people are cheaters. When a customer is not taking any service then also you are going on taking money. So this is the way you people do business by cheating people. When customer is not taking any service then close the service. I have contacted so many times and requested to close it but you people didn't close. I will complain against you in consumer forum court. I have to go on paying the money for which i have not taken any services. What great cheaters vlcc is.
