VLCC — complaint on the loyalty points and billing. | |||
I visited the kamanahalli bangalore branch for a laser session as i have paid for a laser package. Like always the laser was not available as it was out of order. Secondly the hair spa loreal was for rs700 god knws how much taxes were levied that i was charged rs943. When i asked the bill they said the internet was down and that i would get an sms which till now i haven’t received. They refused to gove me a manual bill. Thirdly i have around 600 points which they did not let me redeem saying that they are not accepting loyalty points but strangely i receive sms from vlcc every single day saying redeem your points. This is just another way to fool people and getting money out of them. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is bring u notice that packet of this product clearly mention that it contains paraben as preservatives which is very dangerous for human it is directly absorb by skin to blood, what the [censored]ing product u people is selling playing with peoples health how could u use word'herbal'???? I will take this complain further to higher level.
