[Resolved] VLCC — fraudulent issue

1 year ago i have purchased plan from vlcc amount 2000 i has been paid.. And she give me one envelope, under the envelope 10 cards available.in this scheme 10 services can avail from vlcc like hair trimming, manicure, pedicure, wax etc. But lack of time i has not been avail any service. Today i visit vlcc for avail this services.. She asked me for card and envelope i gave her card since envelope has forgotten.. Because of this reason she refused to give any services
