VLCC — horrible vendor management by hr team

We are working with vlcc healthcare ltd when vijay lakra was hr (Year 2013). Then we worked with pallavi shukla - hr, then ginu nair, then uma sharma. Till then everything was going fine. Our payment terms was 90 days & we usually get payouts within 100-120 days.

From 2017 july onwards when shadab was hr manager we are facing terrible payments issues. No one in hr department or accounts is providing us correct information about payments. Radhika makker had taken the charge on recruitment on dec 2017 & we had closed 50+ position with her.

The below issues we have faced for getting our payments:

1. From 2018 feb first mr ravpreet singh had taken the charge to pay all dues. But then mails after mails & calls after calls we had got 2-3 invoices paid after 4-5 months follow ups. We had couriered our bills several times & also emailed him the same. And suddenly ravpreet singh left without clearing the dues.
2. Then mr satyendra pattanaik came & assured us that we don't need to worry as he will clear our dues in installments i. E. 70, 000 per month. After some days he also left clearing only 2 invoices after almost 10 calls in a day, 1-2 mails in a week and unlimited messages
3. Then mr johnson came. He had taken all bills in emails 7-8 times. He asked us to courier the hard copies & we did that. But he can't understand that why bills are not being paid for a long time & we (Ecoms consultant) have to clear his doubt, how funny and asked us to visit head office gurgaon. Finally on 28th jan (Monday), we visited ho. Finally all doubts get resolved & he confirmed that next week i. E feb first week we will get payment of almost 3 lacs (Candidates who joined till dec 2017). After that he also disappeared from vlcc & send us a sms that we need to contact mr ranjan tiwari for payment. But this guy is not answering and continuously disconnecting our calls. We can't understand why such unprofessionals are working in such a big brand.

Now what i can understand that someone came & assure us about payments and then he disappeared. Again we have to call new people and we need to make him understand our dues from when & why, literally we have to beg for our payments. An employee strength with almost 6000, vlcc healthcare ltd is running in 21 countries, but they failed to make the payment to vendors & playing with their time & values. Can we believe this? If vlcc is facing issues in payments then how employees are getting payments & if employees are getting payments then why vendors are not? Does vendor doesn't have their families & expenses? The management should think over it that a vendor who is providing them manpower from 2013 is getting irritated because of some unprofessionals. I think its time to think vandana luthra. Manpower is the key strength of any business, here the provider of manpower are being hammered.
