On 28th march, i purchased a laser session online through official vlcc website (Paid through debit card) for full arms. I got the order confirmation after the payment. But, when i went to the faridabad vlcc centre for taking the laser session that i had paid for online.. Vlcc people said that they cannot provide me the laser session as they cannot see any billing done for the session when they check via my phone number or mail id. They told me that i should call customer support, as the payment was done online so the centre could not help in this regard. On calling customer care i was told to email the concern. So, i mailed my concern on the mail id they gave on 31st march as well as on 1st april again. And then another reminder again.. But got no response. Whenever i call customer care (For the past 15days or so) i get the same response everytime.. I am told i will get a call, but no one calls. This time when i called they said that i was given a call and that i did not pick up. As far as i remember i did not get any call.. And when i checked my phone i could not see any call from them in call details in my phone as well. They have not even cared to reply to any of my mails. I have made the payment of which the details they cannot find. Neither they are refunding my payment nor are they giving me the laser session that i paid for. And they are not responding to me regarding the same.. Now i donno what else to do and how long to wait.. I have the screenshot of message confirming the payment was a success with order id and transaction id. I also have payment details - deduction from my account to vlcc (In my bankpassbook details) please help in this matter. Was this information helpful? |
