[Resolved] VLCC — poor and pathetic service | |||
This is happened twice with me in janak puri branch. I have my vlcc family card and whenever i want service it's not available. Its disgusted your services are lousy, slow and totally derailed from path. Repute of your company at stake because i will not recommend anyone for vlcc. I will not at all renew my card. Totally unprofessional atitude. We bought your privilege guest compliments offer card. Whenever i call them for appointment they directly said we are busy choose another day or time. I believe that this response is unfair because we are your customer and we paid u in advance. We are 3 person who bought your these cards. If your employees doesn't attend your clients nicely. Otherwise this salon should be shut down. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
