I booked vlcc vanity for first time for a cleanup and pedicure. The staff brought broken black lofha and when i. After must discussion i booked chandan haldi facial and face bleach and then at the time of service the lady calls me and informs me that she doesn't have the kit for chandan haldi facial. During booking i had specifically asked for chandan haldi facial and was confirmed the availability now thus happened. Totally poor and pathetic service and unconcerned, unfriendly, rude staff.
