[Resolved] VLCC — poor service and underrated staff in the reception

I hope iam a privileged customer of your vlcc since a decade... The way miss usha dealing at the reception is very inappropriate.. she's not forwarding my messages or calls to concerned department...I don't understand how can you deal a branch with one male massure or service guy...
I almost tried calling to the branch for about 20 times these last 30 days...
I wanted you to maintain the standards and value the people..
