[Resolved]  VLCC — poor service vlcc anna nagar

Went for pigmentation treatment and my skin went wrong i need my money back from vlcc annanagar branch if i ask money they are asking me to take action legally.

When i went to vlcc annanagar subha is a manager who suggests me treatment but she is not a doctor how can a manager promise to fix the issue with my skin just to get money out of pocket she promised me and applied my face

Poor service aftering getting money from customer they wil never bother about any thing. If they can provide service after paying money to Annanagar branch I need to contact customer service in customer service there is no response.

But i haven't received my order til now, it's a prepaid payment from paytm of 229rs
