VLCC — poor services from vlcc center

I have purchased a VLCC family card from Kota Rajasthan branc expecting to get a good level of services.But the present staff in Kota branch is unable to function the proper task of waxing and they don't even know about the services VLCC promises to provide.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT OLI AM SUPPOSED TO DO WITH MY CARD AS THE VLCC KOTA RAJASTHAN CENTER IS NOT PROVIDING ME THE SERVICES.
