VLCC — refund and cancel the package

Hi

Due to health issue i need to withdraw and cancel the package of weight loss program. We email and call everyday last 45 days. But no response. Everyday he/she just told me ok i check, forward, inform my team to you etc. Please it's request help me i am totally help less.

Vlcc team member not support to me. When i call no one take responsibility to sort issue just pass way from one person to other. One of his member mr. Akash told me your amount refund on 16 aug 2019 but till date.

Vlcc just sale it's package, he/she not care customers.

After see all my medical reports of mri, hospital file she/he are time pass.

Due to medical ground we safer form lot of issue

Dear team all message i continusly email to VLCC but till date no reply accept one email of confirmation of mail received of auto generate by his systems. Now I totally hope less because every day I call and his team reply this time aapk number hai hamare pass bhir BHI aapk call received Kar rahi hai. It means it's team totally ignore me and my problem due to his package

Ok your team not take any action and every day a new person and one new word ok i check, forward, inform, etc told me I request last 45 days in way of call and email but respons was Zero.

Ok if your organisation not refund and cancel the package than ok just give me in written statement with signature at your letter head if any thing happen in My health your organisation are totally take responsibility. Same letter I give to my doctor and my family. 

Reply within 24 hrs with return email, after  this I go to police complaints because in case of medical ground 3 file of hospital,  MRI report of Brian ( head) file the complaints against VLCC.

Just give me written letter with your letter head and authority signature after taking your therapy and PACKAGE if any issue of my health you and Vlcc are responsible. Than we continue, otherwise you must inform me what  I can do within 24 hrs. I am not able to continue your package under my health issue.

If any one work on my emai and complaints he/she reply by emai and call me. From last more than 50 days I was received only 2 person and this ledy not sort my issue.

Please help me because now Bajaj deduct bounce charge of against emi return charges. This time sir I pay my medical fees, care my health ya I paid charges.

I totally unhappy with respons and behaviour of Vlcc team. He/she just cheat customers
