[Resolved] VLCC — refund for the down payment and haven't taken a single service

Hi,
I had taken the package of full body laser treatment and made the payment of 11800/- but didn't took a single service. And now i want to cancel the service and want the refund of the down payment. I spoke with the vlcc team in aundh pune, they asked me to email my concern on their given email i'd and i haven't received any response yet. Also one of the employee at vlcc told me to go for skin peel off and asked me to pay 3900/- asked to take a trail session and said she will refund the money and now she is denying it. So i need the refund for the same. Below is the attachment please find it.

it's been more than two months I have been emailing at pune3.[protected]@vlccwellness.com but haven't received any revert from your end. regarding the Refund of downpyment
