[Resolved] VLCC — regarding money refund

I sarita tirkey had gone to vlcc, kanke road for skin treatment. Their they took advance for the treatment of 10000/- and had not intimated even for a single time regarding the treatment. Afterward i have to visit them to get dates from them than also they did'nt arrange any sitting for the dermaroller treatment. Finally i decided to get my money back but they are not giving my money back and also not answering my phone calls. So kindly go through this matter so that i could get my money back. This is really saddend that renound company like vlcc is not providing proper service to customers.
