[Resolved]  VLCC — service issue

Sir/mdm,
My name is naina tanwar.i m live in indore. I m join vlcc in augest 18 and vlcc centre y.n road indore first service provide then again i m asking service vlcc employee not responding.i asking for join vlcc jan 19 in complete my package because jan in marriage.but resprentive not responding.
Kindly refund my all amount because i m not satisfied vlcc service.i m try many time call and visit the store.but vlcc represntive not responding.then i deceided my all package are cancel and refund my amt.plz help me.because i m not interested service are very poor.plz solution otherwise i m complanit to consumer fortume.
