Hii iam deepika.10 days ago i booked laser treatment for underams for 10k.. On that day theyy did only trail to show me how its is. After that trail only i am getting itching in my underams, i applied creams also then also its not reduced, i didnt even took one session also, so today i went and asked that i dont want treatment beacuse iam not feeling comfortable, i want refund at that time they are saying money is not refundable. How it is possible, i didnt even took one session, at the time booking they are very polite and all, but today they are very rash and they are strictly said we wont refund then its your choice like that they are talking. How irresponsible, 10k its not small amount that to i didnt start the treatment also. Now i am very disappointed with vlcc services. So please solve my issue and refund my money otherwise i will take serious action. So please kindly look into my problem
