VLCC — unprofessionalism and cheating the customer

I felt that the centre to be very unprofessional due to multiple reasons -
1. I received a payment message of rs. 635.08 but i actually paid rs. 677 in cash to kondapur, hyderabad centre. Why this difference? Are you trying to cheat your customers? I did not receive bill for the service.
2. Another thing i found strange was that the staff was not aware of the offers vlcc provides to its customers. I feel that it is vlcc management's job to make sure that the staff is educated with all the customer related things.
3. (Styled) hair cut is not up to the mark. Even after having such exorbitant prices, i felt that vlcc is not maintaining its standard of having skilled hair stylists.
I did not say anything to the staff there because i didn't want to impolite. I just want you to improve.
