I had received a voucher worth rs. 500/- from vlcc gifted to me by food panda. The voucher expiry was 31/12/2017. I had been calling the mumbai kandivli stores since 27/12/2017 morning. I was told that non slots are available and was assured a call back post confirmation with senior. She did not call me bk. I called again on 1/1/2018 saying that u did not confirm anything abt the voucher extension... Puja the salon manager spoke very rudely to me... She said we will not be able to accept...
