[Resolved]  VLCC Healthcare Ltd. — non- cooperation of center manager and therapist of VLCC Varanasi

i hearby inform you that, i called slimming therapist Mr.Amit Pandey for appointment and he lied that he is busy in meeting. After this, i called receptionist of VLCC Varanasi to forward the call to center manager Laxmi singh, but after hold, she repilied that center manager is buzy with some client. i asked the receptionist to inform center manager to call me back when she will be free but i got no response. i visited the Vlcc varanasi center at 2:00 pm and i took a therapy and i came back but still center manager laxmi did not attend me while i was there. i am very much unsatisfied with their behaviour towards me as i am the member of Vlcc center since it started in varanasi. i want you to take an action towards VLCC Varanasi center manager Laxmi singh and the therapist Amit Pandey as soon as possible.
