VLCC Institute — I paid 30000 for course but I didn't join now I am not getting refund

I paid 30000 to vlcc institute branch pitampura for the course of diploma in cosmetology. Total fee was 72000. But i didn't join because family problem i need to go back my home town. Before leaving i asked sushma (Vlcc staff to whom i paid 30000) that if i didn't join then will i get refund and she said yes you will refund. Now i came back and asking them for refund but are they are not listening me and ignoring my emails.

I have payment receipt with me and sent many email to [protected]@vlccwellness.com, institute. [protected]@vlccwellness.com with attached payment receipt but didn't get any reply.

Please advise.

I am glad that you working on but how much time it will take to resolve it ?
Last time time Luxmi told me it will be done by Monday but still pending.
