VLCC — misbehaviour by vlcc expert and wrong charges taken for bridal make-up

I am writing this e-mail on behalf of my sister (Nishi sharma) as she has logged a complaint on 9th december’19 regarding the concern of misbehaving and wrong services provided by the vlcc allahabad team, but till now didn’t have any call and any e-mail response on the same. We can’t expect this kind of response from the reputed company like vlcc. She had booked an air-brush bridal make-up at your allahabad centre for 5th december’19 where your expert ms. Nidhi and her assistant attended her for make-over but they didn’t given the service as per the package which we have booked, though when my sister about the package services she (Ms. Nidhi) start screaming on her even after some argument unexpectedly she pulled her hairs badly while doing hairstyle. She pulled the hairs so badly that my sister started crying but she didn’t stopped the pulling the hairs, and didn’t provided the services according to the package.
