My client i'd is 109957. I recently registered for canada pnp program for manitoba and other provinces. I was given 100% visa gurantee though my eoi for manitoba is 440. I asked how do i qualify for it as eoi is not below, case manager and sales department told they they will manage and i am 100% getting nomination at the end of june 2018. But i go through your consumer forum in 1 case which case i'd is 18987. You just said that government increased the eoi so we can't do anything and we won't refund. So at the same sore how make visa gurantee me 100% and i am asking how did you asses my case and will you work out in my case to get nomination by june but case manager saying that trust us and don't ask such thing you only keep in mind that you will get pr. May 19, 2018 Updated by Iqba I have gone through the Manitoba EOI, I have seen EOI score is roo much high just around 600-700. But sales girl and case manager saying we will manage. I don't want that at end government law excuse must not come . I am told I will be responsible if My visa rejected on medical ground and PCC. They even not clarify how I am eligible? I was contionsly asking to pay fees and say will describe how will you get PR but till date not getting satisfactory answer. May 19, 2018 Updated by Iqba Dear sir, my case i'd 109957. I have registered in march 30 for canada pnp i was told that i will 100% pr. I will ask the sales girl that my eoi is 440 and manitoba eoi is always more than 600 so how i will get nomination? She said that we will manage and said first you pay the fees we will describe, i paid fees and contionsly asking they just say you will get pr but don't ask how. So in this forum i have found a cash no 18987 my score is same but in that case management reply that government increase the eoi score so make visa is not responsible in that case so at the end will i be given same government excuse. How will i get nomination at the eoi is 440 and pooja cliam that you will get nomination at the end of june 2018. She also told me that in case of pcc and medical ground refusion is only your respondsibilies rest are our responsibility. She also told that you will be give login id and password. But not issued and i calling her but not responding. So please resolve the issue and how i am qualify for pr please explain.
