This is an official response from Vmake Visas

Let me answer your allegations in order it is placed:

1) Do not trust this company Vmake Visas, they Cheat lots of clients,
Do you have the list of those clients which our company has cheated according to you? If yes then contact them and ask their case and the go through the agreement they have signed. You will get to know the reality or else you are more than welcome to our doorstep and share the same list with us and we will show you the other face of the mirror. Of course, we believe our clients are satisfied with our services and have successfully migrated abroad and those who didn’t due to some reasons are left to comment on our name.

2) When i brought to their notice that i have read about your company false comments from other clients online, they told me "they have some document issues, you don't worry your file will get cleared."
This allegation has no existence at all. We never make fake commitments for any document clearance as your case approval is not in our hand and totally depended on the government authorities. This statement is also mentioned on the Client agreement itself.

3) they charge amount to pay then they start process.
We agree on the same, we charge our registration fee before starting the process and then are liable for providing the decided services. This is universal market rule that before accessing any service from any private company you first need to pay a sum of amount for the same, at least for signing up or else how can we trust that you will not take our services and vanish.

4) then after they assign to particular case manager after some days their staff get change agian and agian, they assign this case to new case manager, this happening always
We assign a case manager to our client on initiation of their process to handle the case further. In any person designated to be your case manager fell sick or gets hospitalized or resigns from his duties what we are supposed to do? Close your case and do not care about your problems or should assign you a new case manager and let your process continue in a smooth flow.

5) after all one year get complete of your case, they will send you email as closer of agreement.
As per companies rule the agreement signed between the client and our organization is valid till the period of 1 year (mentioned in the agreement, signed by client) after which we request the client to renew their agreement and reopen their case with us. If anyone does not accept this clause they are free to not register with us. So commenting on this after signing the agreement is of no point. We never force anyone to get register with us or to accept the agreement. It is the client who itself agrees to obey the rules and start their process with us.

6) Please be aware of this company Vmake Visas. (they want only to mislead you and cheat with you)
I want to know one simple thing that our organization have worked in more than thousand of cases, where are others and why they do not agree on your point and show their aggression here. Well the answer is simple as well, because they do not react on baseless stuff and put unnecessary allegation on a reputed firm.

For Vijendra1984 - We have searched thoroughly but found no client by your name and there is no record in our system by your name as well. Hence, it is clear that you are not a real client.
We advise you to stop this activity immediately or else Vmake Visas will take the necessary legal step against you.

Still we would answer your baseless blames on our company. In case my dear friend is lacking a bit of information here Mr. Ankit Kapoor is the managing director of Vmake Visas Pvt. Ltd. and has a nick name Deepak. So as you can see Mr. Ankit and Deepak is the same person and same for Mrs. Shibiya Kapoor who has her nick name of Anu. He sometimes works by the name of Deepak which is his nickname in front of the client. But isn’t it a good thing that he puts so much efforts in front of the client to get their migration done but of course you don’t have any idea of this as you are just here to commit this cyber crime.

For Anakw – No genuine client of our have ever lodged any FIR against us and of course clients whose profile is not eligible or got rejected by immigration authorities due to their fault or misconduct, when come to us angrily and claim refund for no reason participates in such hideous activity. When we hire our employees we screen them for their knowledge, background and identifications but can never say what he or she will be going to do in future days. We have never expected that one of our employees will be doing such cheap trick with our clients, and we found that, we immediately took a legal action against him to protect our clients.

We take pride in stating that Vmake Visas has become one of largest and fastest immigration consulting companies in the world only because of our service and success of 1000's of cases.

Smaller competing firms who cannot compete with Vmake Visas on any other basis get their employees to post false complaints in an attempt to tarnish Vmake Visas' reputation. Employees who are terminated from Vmake Visas due to fixing documents or indulging in fraud also post false reviews because they have been let go off immediately.

Neither do we pay for SEO services to ensure that bad reviews do not come up on sites like this or do not come up in search engines. So you will see bad reviews about us.
