I had applied for canada pr through v make visas immigration company and paid a initial fee to start the process with proper supporting documents. Case manager checked the documents and assured the for pr. Case manager also informed me that whole process will take 14 to 18 months. On my regular visit to canadian immigration sites i had observed that the noc applied on my application is not as per my job description and intimate to the concerned person to change it otherwise we will fail to get our destination but case manager reassured me that i am dealing with a reputed immigration company and he also have a many years experience so nothing to worry. At last it was happened from which i afraid the file was not processed. Now as per commitment i request to refund my fee they refused to pay it back the reason behind this they tell that our agreement for only one year and that is over. My points are : i have already warned about wrong noc to apply. The whole process to clear the application explained to me That is 14 to 18 months then what is the logic of one year's Time. You started your case with Vmake Visas in the year 2015 for Express Entry FSWP Canada, just because you failed to clear Ielts we could not apply your application to Express Entry Canada. Then we applied your case to several provinces like Quebec Manitoba etc, We choose the NOC according to the documents provided. its my humble advise to you please clear your facts before posting any thing online. You can not put false statement online without any reason just because you failed to score required score in ielts you are pointing us out on consumer complaints.
Advise to other clients
Sometimes many clients fails to clear ielts exam and ask for refund, in this case refund is not possible please understand one thing that we are a consultancy, we take consultancy charges for our research and putting the case to immigration department,
We do not provide services for free as well as we never provide any false information and promises to our clients. I can understand some clients fails to clear an IELTS Exam and then, they put false allegations on the consultancy. We can only represent the case to the immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee you for visa but if the visa gets rejected the consultancy charges has to be paid.
