[Resolved] Vmake Visas — refund not provided - fraud company | |||||
Vmakevisas is probably the worst among all the immigration consultancy service organizations. They are the biggest frauds. And there is not one person in that organization you can trust. They have cheated my friend (Case id is 29673) of his hard earned money by misguiding him that his credentials would successfully give him an australian pr. However, all the while, they knew very well that his case was not strong and the australian embassy would surely reject it. If this was not enough, they have still not refunded the 50% amount they claim to refund. Even after repeated follow-up attempts with a guy named saqiv from the organization, it was an effort in vain. They are only interested in making money out of innocent people like us, claiming that they know all the latest rules and regulations of immigration. I stop to wonder if these people have a conscience, as there is no remorse after cheating so many people. People beware of this company and do not put your money into their hands. This is a reply to complain posted by you on 7th December 2018. We have checked our CRM database by your mentioned name and case ID. It was found that this case was started with us on 31st August 2015. We have delivered all the services at that time which were mentioned in the agreement. We don’t take cases which are ineligible as well as we didn’t make any counterfeit promises to your friend. We make sure to clear each and everything related to the process and eligibility criteria prior to accepting the client’s case. The first stage of Skills assessment was rejected by the VETASSES itself and there’s nothing we can do about it. We have shreds of evidence that clearly displays that the company is not at fault. Kindly see an attachment. Furthermore, if the things are not accurate on your side so please stop disparaging the company’s name in this way. Make Visas is the reputed Firm and serve up quality services to thousands of clients for the past years. We don’t leave any stone unturned to serve the best to our clients. Thank you for taking time to look into the case and replying to my complaint. However, the case cannot be taken as closed because the refund is not yet received. As you mentioned, the case was rejected by Vetasses. Therefore, you had to refund half the amount paid to you as per the contract. This was not done till date. I also couldn't find any attachment you stated in your reply. Please send that again as well. Unfortunately, until then, we have no option but maintain a negative image of your company.
