VMC Developers — Allotment not given since 10yrs

Address:Devarshi Garden Commercial Building, Near Rutu Park, Opp Majivada Flyover, R. W. Sawant Marg Thane Thane District Maharashtra India 400601

I am not able to contact them, they have shifted office and i have not been given allotment since 10 years kindly help me getting money back from this developer.
