Recently, i have completed my work and submitted and got my accuracy report with full errors and they have asked to submit again to get new accuracy report and got the report recently with above 75% accuracy and mentioned as rework.
When i asked about this they are saying, you have emailed it once again and it will be treated as rework and said, i have asked you to submit only not to email the file, so i can't do anything.
but, in early days of my joining they only gave instructions after the file was generated from software you should mail that file to [protected]@vnmultipath.com, the same i have followed this time also,
if i should not have to email the file they should have inform me first not to email the generated file this time, but they didn't do that and now telling i can't do anything.
Without informing how can we know that? First of all, why the QC center have sent the report with errors? First it was their mistake and now they are saying all these nonsense, The root cause of this issue is that they have issued the accuracy report with errors. If they have sent the correct report then all these things would not been happened. Isn't it? It's their mistake and now they are telling excuses to cut my payment by half.
