On 16 05 2017 ... Recharged for 999 and was told I'll get 22gb ... i dint get my 4g data but I received a message saying recharge successfull ... I called customer care, no response ...
a week before that, upgraded to 4g sim from 3G sim, I was told that I'll receive 4gb data for free, but I dint get any free data ...
these are issues which I called to complain to customer care thinking that it can be solved ... but customer care first 25 mins to answer and then they forwarding my call on and on and on and on ... finally call gets cut ... I have explained to various customer service executives but nobody helped nor responded ... nobody even registered my complaint even after they confirmed on their computer that what I'm saying is true ... I'll change my network soon but what about my 999 rupees ... Was this information helpful? |
