[Resolved] Vodafone — Amount debited but not recharged | |
Hello sir/madam I did a prepaid recharge of rs.699 from phonepe on my vodafone number on 31/05/2020 at 09:49am from my rbl card and the amount was debited and i also received a message saying "recharge of rs.699 successful on number *5738. But when i tried calling the customer care and tried finding out about my recharge it said"no recharge is done on your mobile number" even when i received a message saying it was done. I kindly request you to look into my matter (Either provide a refund or resolve my issue as soon as possible) Was this information helpful? | |
