Hello, I received this message from Vodafone at night 2 30 when I was sleeping Hello! Thank you for downloading ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION. You have been charged Rs. 10 Your balance is Rs. 21.87 I haven't even used my phone after 12 and you have charged me without my knowledge and authority. Kindly refund my money back. Verified Support Jan 05, 2021 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent. I have faced the same issue twice. I have neither used any pay per use service nor anything regarding VIDEO. Can you elaborate on these things? I have attached the screenshot and I would like to have a refund back or at least I would like to know exactly what have I used without even my knowledge that you have deducted money from my main balance.
