[Resolved] Vodafone — Automatic VAS deduction | |
My Vodafone Number was without recharge for a while and I used to recharge once in a while just to make sure it stay activated but few days ago I decided to recharge hundred ruppes talk time so It will stay activated for a while but today I received a message that you activated this weird GamePing service which I didn't because I didn't touch my phone since morning and the customer care executive is just making excuses saying they have technical issues can can't process my refund or anything. Also one said I will redirect your call to senior but It kept raining and I lost my patience in the end. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They have refunded finally after 20 hours of delay! Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
