Hi,
I received my last bill where amount was some 650, i raised query regarding this and called customer care and they were unable to explain why this much amount of bill has came. (as per them it was for internet usage where i was having 20 gb data plan before switching my circle from feb 2021, and also i was having carry forward service as well. I was having enoigh data and just because i was not able to use my data due to extremly slow internet service i swicthed my circle.
When i asked them to send me details of bill and data usage then they said they dont have it now.
then i got call from them and they mailed me and confirmed that this bill will be waived off and i just have to pay the remaining amount which is 193.52.
Now they are not replying and have blocked my outgoing call.
Please resolve this issue.
