[Resolved] Vodafone — billing has been made even after ported to another network

Hi,
I have changed my network provider from vodafone to idea through mnp.
Rs.104 was the balance amount to be paid. After the clarification from vodafone customer care. Rs.112 was refunded afterwards till june20th billing.

Vodafone has been charging from june 20 th 2017 till aug 2017.
Since my number has been ported to idea on june 23rd.
And they have send me a notice to pay the bill amount of rs.1147 now.

Company had provided the explanation which is contradictory to the bill generated and the billing cycle. Also aug 2017 bill is generated which is unnecessary .

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
