Hello team,
My name is Dyna, & i had a brain hamrage and paralysed & i am using Vodafone billing sim which needs replacement due sim error, and i have called Vodafone customer care multiple times & it is not getting solved, they are asking me to visit the customer care outlet and submit the required documents.i have called on Vodafone customer care number 25 times and they asked me to visit Vodafone customer care outlet .i am not able to stand on my feet as i am paralysed i have told them that I cannot come since I am paralysed.This is inhumane .very poor service provided by Vodafone that it can't help a person who's having disability to come to your Vodafone store.
