Vodafone Cellular — Activation of dot box service

Activation of dot box service and unnecessary deducted my balance.
I have requested for deactivation of this service. I don't know how automatically Vodafone actives this service and deducts balance.
This is not acceptable from Vodafone.please look into this matter. I want my refund or have to port this number to other service provider
