[Resolved] Vodafone — Changed my Vodafone number plan without my request | |
Yesterday evening, I received a SMS stating that my plan has been changed to 399 INR one from 299 INR one. I was shocked as I haven't raised this request of changing my plan. I called up customer care multiple times but no one was there at customer support. I then dropped a mail to vodafone customer care for the same for which I have not got any reply till now. I don't expect this kind of service from Vodafone. Please help me changing my plan to older one. Was this information helpful? | |
