Vodafone — Charge for Data I never used

Hi,

I am being charged for mobile data by VI which I never use, as my mobile data is always off. I am an NRI and I keep balance on my phone so that the validity continues month on month and I can use it when I go back to India. My phone is literally kept unused with mobile data off, and whenever I open the phone to check I get these unknown charges sometimes for services I never use or subscribed, and now randomly charged for data I never used. Phone is always connected to Wifi, so no way it sold use mobile data. This is a loot, I am gonna change my provider when I go back to India, I can't bear these, it was all fine last year, post covid this is how company is trying to recover money from cheating the consumers.

Below given are your Data balance deductions, there are more charges like such, looks like every time I pickup my phone u charge me Rs 6.5.
