I have been charged unnecessarily on my bills every month and every time I have to reach the customer care to get things corrected.
For one month, they correct things, they charge something else next month.
And, when I submitted a request to generate UPC, I receive a message stating some problem with the service provider. Once I received a call from the customer care department and I stated about being unable to generate UPC code.
The response was, we can't help because of lockdown. And, you will have to pay bill. We can work on your query after lockdown ends.
Like, why would I pay extra every month. And, God knows when this lockdown will end.
The current situation is, I am tired of reaching Vodafone through Twitter, Call, Mail, and every way possible but not receiving even a single response.
All I get is an acknowledgment mail and nothing thereafter. Was this information helpful? |
