[Resolved] Vodafone — declined to debit validity cost from account balance | |||
I am vodafone prepaid ([protected]) customer. On 27/11 i have received a sms from my service provider to recharge a minimum amount to avoid discontinued of my connection. Since i have a handsome account balance, i requested (Six emails to vodafone) them to debit the "rechargeable amount" from my account balance. Vodafone paid no attention with my request and barred my connection on 28/11. On the same day myself recharged rs 35/- to restore my service. My question, despite of your clear guideline, why vodafone refushed to adjust/debit their claimed recharge amount from my account balance! Was this information helpful? | |||
