Vodafone — Don't want Postpaid to prepaid | |||
I accidentally clicked on the OK option for migrate to postpaid on the vodafone app and now the request has been registered. I called the vodafone customer care and they said I'll have to visit a vodafone store for this. I have a chennai number and I am currently in Bangalore. When there is an option to switch to postpaid why isn't there an option to cancel the same request? This is highly annoying. I do not want postpaid. Was this information helpful? | |||
