Vodafone — excess bill charged in month of july 2017 for my number [protected] | |
Dear sir, myself Seema dubey. i am usibg vodafone postpaid services from very long time. last month bill was charged to me around 14k. however in so many year my bill never crossed even 2k. last month I had given a call to customerservice to change my plan since i received a message that my 3GB data plan will get exhausted. the customerservice misguided me n told me activate 450plan with 15GB free for 3 months and she deactivated my active plan. thereafter to my shock i was reciving messages that my unbilled amount is14k. so i again called up customerservice that time i came to know that my earlier plan is deactivated n new plan was not activated since that plan is not applicable for my number. then he guided for 499 plan whetein 10GB data is applicable. Also i said him about the message he said me he cannot see the same rightnow n he informed me not to pay the bill n raise the complaint after bill is raised. He noted my complaint on the misguidance. After bill generation whn i recived the message for bill payment i raised the complaint that bill is excessely charged. however till date i have not received anu revert from vodafone. Fraudulanty they have charged the bill during those period whn my earlier plan was deactivated n new plan was not activated due to misguidance. Was this information helpful? | |
