Vodafone — Extra charges

Dear Sir, I was using the vodafone since last 7 years, and i have paid my all bills time to time, but suddenly they have stopped my service because of alternate number unpaid bill and i have paid that also and last month I have port my service from vodafone to jio and now they again charged me extra money by saying that it's ur pending bill i dont know why they asking for extra money even I have paid that also, I just want to say that from hiw many users they are charging extra money by saying that unpaid bill, plzz take some action on the following company so that they can stop this fraud on the name o[censored]npaid bill and they message me that if I will not pay this extra amount then they will stop my service again.
