[Resolved] Vodafone — fake procedure of refund from consumer complaint | |||||
I have submitted my complaint regarding uniqeindia fraud on 12th of sept'2017 later i received a confirmation mail that my complaint has been received and asking for my contact number so as to contact to resolve the issue from karthikeyan (Key account manager). When i gave my contact number i received a message from consumer complaint on 12thsept'2017 that karthik will be calling me regarding the issue along with his contact number. I received a message that the my refund has been marked up and will be credited to my account within 48 hrs. Later karthik said that i need to pay an amount of 7900 which i transferred through mobikwik in 5000 and 2900. He then said that 2900 amount has not been recieved by them so i again made a transfer of 2900 from paytm to [protected]. Later he told me that he needs to show a transaction ofone rupee tobank and to maintain a balance of 5000. He took my card details and did a transaction of 5000. Day before yesterday hecalled me again that by mistake that transaction has been done and agai told to maintain 5000 for which i told him to credit that amount of 5000 which was mistakenly debited from my account. But still i havent received the refund amount neither the agreement letter. I would like to get the refund for this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
