As per communication had with Vi appellate regarding my post paid plan changed with half information given to me. Vi appellate informed me their inability to provide me a resolution.
Summary of the issue:
"I had requested port out from Vi services and i got call from Vi customer care and they asked me to stay with Vi. As a retention plan they offered me following:-
1. 30 GB monthly data.
2. Monthly rental Rs.200.
Based on the above two point i accepted their offer, however i was not informed following:-
1. data rollover would get reduced from 200 GB to 50 GB.
2. my existing data before plan changed would be forfeited. I had appx 40 GB of data which got forfeited post plan changed.
I requested Vi appellate
1. either to reinstate my previous plan or
2. to credit my forfeited data of 40 GB and increase the rollover limit to 200GB as per previous plan.
Vi appellate could not provide me resolution and closed my complain by imposing me their cheated plan.
I informed them i am being cheated as they lure me of giving 10 GB additional data and against that they forfeited 40 GB data. This has been harassing to me. Was this information helpful? |
