I did a number portability to Airtel from Vodafone on date April2021. There is some amount pending from Vodafone as a final settlement. It's been more than an year and multiple complaints and follow-ups with the Vodafone to issue the refund cheque and I have still not received my refund amount. VI team says we have refunded the cheque and Store says we have not received it, This kind of drama is going on from several months. It's not customer's responsibility to follow up with Vodafone and their own store for the refund cheque . I'm really frustrated with the kind of response I'm getting. I want to raise a complaint against them and request a way to take action against them.
